Grant
Gilchrest, GE Energy Control Systems CanadaGrant Gilchrist is the team leader of research and development for open
systems communications at GE Harris Energy Control Systems Canada. He is secretary of the
DNP Technical Committee and has contributed to various other standards efforts including
EPRI UCA 2.0 and IEC TC 57. Prior to working with GE Harris his experience included ISO
protocol development in the telecommunications industry.

Muschlitz,
Bitronics, Inc.
Bruce Muschlitz is a design engineer for Bitronics, Inc.
He received a BS Computer Engineering and MSEE from Lehigh University and
is a member of the IEEE, Computer Society, and Power Engineering Society.
Bruce's principal responsibilities include software architecture and
communication protocol design/implementation. He is an active member
of both the DNP3 Technical Committee and the UCA GOMSFE technical group.
